How to look beautiful

The phrase `beauty’ is `in the eye of the beholder’. Beauty is not simply looks but purity of heart. If you are big hearted you are beautiful. What brings a sweet smile on your face is beauty and that smile makes you beautiful.

 

Looking beautiful is something which every woman yearns for. But if you want to look naturally beautiful from outside you have to cleanse your body from inside that is by drinking plenty of water, eating nutritious diet, inhaling fresh air, doing proper exercise, sleeping well and reducing the stress level to its minimum.

 

As your body rids itself out of toxins; you will notice sudden change in your body; you will automatically feel brighter and relaxed. You can increase your concentration power and you will take more interest in people around you.

 

However, we always prefer to make ourselves beautiful by using natural ingredients rather than chemical since chemicals will have adverse effects on your skin which sometimes will lead to severe skin diseases like cancer.

 

One of the natural sources of making you look beautiful is vitamin D which can promote good feeling factor and is abundant in sunlight. Controlled exposure of sunlight to your body will encourage producing its own vitamin D.

 

Preferably use natural products which are available in your kitchen to improve your beauty. You can make a fabulous natural homemade facial mask which is not expensive. Few of the ingredients which can be incorporated in these masks are mentioned: oatmeal – which contains beta glucan and thus can help retaining your skin moisture. The preparation is oatmeal with warm water, let it cool and then apply to face. Set it for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Oranges could be natural fruit acidic nature which will exfoliate dead cells. Squeeze juice of ½ orange and add ¼ cup sugar and add ¼ cup olive oil and use it as hydrating exfoliating scrub.

 

Eggs are rich in proteins that can give extra strength to your hair. Mix 1 eggs add two tablespoons of coconut oil and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil. Apply this to dry hair and wrap up in a warm towel. Not only relaxing but mixture will hydrate and strengthen your hair.

 

Milk is the enriched with natural fat content which acts as moisturizing when applied to skin. Dip a piece of cotton swab in unboiled milk and wipe it on your face it will cleanse all dirt. Also milk contains lactic acid which can get rid of dead skin. Mix one gallon of whole milk in to warm tub. Let your body soak in this hydrating soothing effect.

 

Beer will help add volume to dull hair. In shower after shampooing pour a bottle of beer over your head. Beer should be strong one. Immediately rinse you hair after 1 minute.

 

Walnuts you can mix shelled walnuts with ½ cup olive oil and a tablespoon of honey. This can be used as an exfoliating scrub for your hands and feet.

 

Coconuts which are enriched with all vitamins are commonly used in beauty preparations. Grate new coconut and squeeze milk of it and apply the milk over face and lips it will add grace and glow to your skin.

 

The commonly used kitchen ingredients can do wonders, milk nourishes skin, honey a natural astringent moisturizer, and avocado- good source of vitamin E and natural moisturizer, cucumber – for dark circles under eyes, egg is skin conditioner, egg white for oily skin and yolk for dry skin. Nuts can do wonders for wrinkles and blackheads, olive oil – for dry skin, oranges, lemons and pineapple soften skin and improve the complexion, tomato can open skin pores, vinegar – for blemishes.

 

With different combinations of these ingredients different skin care recipes can be prepared at home, further face packs, masks, black circles under eye masks, facial masks and cleanser can be made.

 

In different home based products using the following ingredients in an appropriate manner. The different products we have skin moisturizes for normal skin, add 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to yoghurt to make a paste. Apply the paste on face as masks keep it for 15 minutes. It will enhance the complexion and glow of face.

 

Home made condition, is mixing one tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoon cream and apply on face, wash after few minutes. It will do wonders. Removing skin pigmentation is commonly achieved by rubbing a raw potato on your face. Sunscreen lotions from kitchen ingredients can be prepared by mixing homogenous mixture of cucumber juice, glycerin and rose water. Apply on your face.

 

There are very simple procedures to different home made face masks. Cucumber face mask can be prepared by simply mixing one small cucumber and one cup oat meal and one teaspoon of this paste with one teaspoon of yoghurt [for dry skin] or milk malai [for dry skin] and leave for 30 minutes and rinse.

 

Turmeric facial mask, half cup of besan (gram flour), 2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon of sandal wood powder, 2 teaspoon of sandal wood powder, 2 teaspoon of almond oil, add water to make a paste. Apply to face body and leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with water.

 

Honey facial mask, first you have to rinse your face with warm water apply honey and leave it for half an hour, first rinse with warm water and then cold water to close the pores.

 

Dry skin mask can be made by mixing 1 teaspoon of butter in 1 teaspoon of water. Apply on dry areas leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

 

Facial mask – mix juice of ½ lemons and mix the juice with one beaten egg white. Apply on face, leave it for overnight. Wash your face with warm water.
