BENEFITS OF GRAPES

Grapes.  One would be hard put to find a fruit snack that is more universally loved than grapes.  They have been around for literally thousands of years and were considered a delicacy to kings and queens in more northern climes.  Their sweet juiciness and varieties of colors, tastes, and sizes makes them even more popular; there seems to be a grape for every taste.
