Sauna and its effects


benefits-of-saunaIt consists mainly heat technique which claims weight loss. The word sauna means small rooms build to take heat or steam sessions. It consists two types one is sauna bath which involves steam sessions to whole body and other is a belt which if tied over abdomen or thighs assures fat loss.

 

It is the latest found technique which is finding its accepters worldwide the sauna bath is quite old but the belt is recently formed which is much hyped due to its results.

 

             I.      Steam room

Steam bath has been said to have all health benefits l. one session of steam bath is around 10 to 20 minutes where one hast o lye down on surface as expose the body to steam the temperatures are set according to personal preferences now a days it is available in spas around the world. It’s useful to-

          II.      After taking one session due to the heat the metabolism increases and it is said that it increases to same amount as it increases after half an hour of exercise which helps in fat breaking.

                                i.            Even after the sauna the heart starts pumping faster and the rate increases by 50 % equivalent to brisk walk which ensures increased blood flow to all parts.

                              ii.            It makes the blood vessels flexible as a result the blood circulation gets improvised and reaches properly to extremities of body as legs or head.

                            iii.            As the blood flow increases it also brings along all the nutrients to surface tissue s of skin that is why skin starts glowing after the session even as the pores get opened it induces a comprehensive cleaning of skin to flush out the impurities.

                            iv.            The steam also increases the temperature of body both inside and outside which creates a state of artificial fever which is body’s natural healing process which results in increase production of antibodies as fever is bodies defense mechanism to kill the infections by producing antibodies and WBCs and in this condition body does the same thing due to fever which in turn makes body prepared for infections.

                              v.            It is even great if undertaken at the time when body is sore or suffering from arthritis as it gives relief from pain.

 

       III.      Sauna belt

It is the same steam technique applied here but the difference is it mainly focuses on specific body parts exclusively and not entire body. It is called weight loss heat therapy where a belt with meter is tied on body parts and the temperature is increased after you remove it the body part is full of steam which helps in-

 

  1. Relieving muscle stretch or pain or to ease any muscle tension
  2. Gain muscle mass due to reduction in fat
  3. Fat loss as the fat gets converted to liquid and evaporates in the form of calories
  4. To get relief from sore back

All the above benefits are claimed by the brands that produces these products but the users must verify thoroughly before using it as many people believe that its all false and weight loss cant be achieved this way but at least one thing sure it will help in pain so worth a try just check before giving order.
