Our body constantly goes through some wear and tear due to which as our age advances our body becomes more incapable of performing normal tasks and the person becomes impediment, only one thing which can prolong this from happening is appropriate physical activity. I heard many people saying that they do extensive work in office so they don’t need to do some extra exercise but its wrong as exercise doesn’t mean only moving or running it includes whole body’s muscles stretching which gives strength to each and every part.

 

Exercise can be started at any age but it gives you more advantages if you start early. There are many types of physical activities available one should choose according to his / her condition for e.g. diabetics should regularly perform brisk walking for blood sugar control etc.

 

Physical activity gives different benefits in different stages of life as-

 

1.      Physical activity in children

it is most beneficial if one starts doing physical activity from childhood as it is foundation of whole life that’s why exercise in children helps in building strong bones and muscles which will help them throughout their life even it helps in getting appropriate body , height and weight according to there age. If they continue doing so it will reduce their chances of facing diseases like blood pressure, cholesterol problems, increased blood sugar etc by knowing its importance now a day’s even schools are keeping one hour for physical activity now its parent’s responsibility to keep checking their child’s physical activity and encourage them.

 

2.      Physical activity in adults

In adults its high time now that they should start doing exercise as now it’s the age where they will get its full benefit otherwise if that age is gone than they will not be able to get all the desired effects. The most important benefit of it is they will stay in their shape forever if they continue doing it what is the major problem of all the diseases like BP, sugar, heart diseases? It is obesity and physical activity with appropriate diet is the sure shot way to prevent all this, even by performing exercises one can get great relief from constipation that’s why it is a must to do thing for adults as regularly new diseases are developing day by day so why not to prepare ourselves to give a tight fight to them and keep ourselves healthy now don’t tell me the time excuse as you can easily get 45 minutes in 24 hours and make it a habit, to gift yourself a better and prolonged living.
